Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Absolutely! If you’re not happy with your purchase, then feel free to return it to me in the original condition within 14 days for a full refund (minus shipping charges). Not that it should come to that, but in case you have a return request, just give me a call or send me a request via the contact page.
Q: How does warranty work?
A: This is the best thing about purchasing from TheGrizz.ca: I personally handle all warranty claims! Hence, while local customers can arrange same-day replacements, other customers can mail their product to me for $10 in-store credit and an immediate 3 – day turnaround! Q: What are your payment options?
A: Interac E-transfers. If you are not familiar with interac e-transfers, please visit www.interac.ca/en/interac-e-transfer-consumer.html for more information. If you’re familiar with interac e-transfers, set up a recipient with the following information – Name: TheGrizzly, Recipient E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. Auto-deposits are activated, so generally you shouldn’t need a security question/answer.
In case your bank does not support auto-deposits, use the following information: Security Question: Logo?, Security Answer: Grizzly. The security question can be anything, as long as the answer is “grizzly” (is not case-sensitive, no frets), and you include your order # in the notes.
Within 1 business day of your payment being accepted, your order will be sent out. Any tracking or additional information will be sent to you via e-mail, and updated as a note to your order online.
